合同会社トレジャーブライト(以下「当社」)は、お客様の個人情報を、次のとおり大切に取り扱います。
第1条 取得する情報 当社は、次の情報を取得することがあります。
氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス
ご注文・お取引の内容(商品、数量、金額、お支払い方法、配送先など)
Instagram、Facebook(Messenger)、WhatsAppなどのメッセージ機能を通じて、お客様からいただいたメッセージの内容と、そのアカウント名・ID
フリマ・オークションサイトなどの販売サイトを通じて、そのサイトから提供される取引に必要な情報

第2条 利用目的 取得した情報は、次の目的に限って利用します。
商品の販売、発送、代金の受け取り
お問い合わせ・お見積もりへの回答、お取引に関するご連絡
新商品・入荷・予約受付などのご案内(お客様がご希望されない場合は、お送りしません)
販売・サービスの改善のための集計・分析(個人を特定しない形で行います)
古物営業法、税法など、法令に基づく記録の作成・保管
第3条 メッセージの自動処理について 当社は、Instagram・Facebook・WhatsAppでいただいたメッセージへの回答を速く・正確に行うために、各サービスの運営会社(Meta Platforms, Inc.)が提供する公式の仕組み(API)と、AIを使った文章作成の支援ツールを使うことがあります。
ご質問の内容の把握、翻訳、お見積もり・返信文の下書きに使います。
送信する内容は、当社の担当者が確認したうえで送ります。
メッセージの内容を、上記の第2条の目的以外に使うことはありません。また、広告のために第三者へ販売・提供することはありません。
第4条 第三者への提供 次の場合を除き、お客様の同意なく、個人情報を第三者に提供しません。
商品のお届けのために、配送会社に必要な情報を渡す場合
代金のお支払いのために、決済サービス会社に必要な情報を渡す場合
輸出の手続きのために、運送会社・通関業者に必要な情報を渡す場合
法令に基づく場合
第5条 外部のサービスの利用 当社は、販売サイト、配送会社、決済サービス、クラウドサービス(データの保管・文章作成の支援など)を利用しています。これらのサービスに情報を預ける場合は、上記の目的に必要な範囲に限ります。外部のサービスの中には、日本国外にサーバーがあるものも含まれます。
第6条 安全管理 当社は、個人情報の漏えい・紛失・不正な利用を防ぐため、アクセスできる人を限り、パスワードの管理など必要な対策を行います。
第7条 保管期間 個人情報は、利用目的に必要な期間、および法令で定められた期間(古物台帳・帳簿の保存期間など)保管し、その後は適切な方法で削除します。
第8条 開示・訂正・利用停止のご請求 お客様ご本人から、ご自身の個人情報の開示・訂正・利用停止・削除のご請求があった場合は、ご本人であることを確認したうえで、法令に従って対応します。下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。
第9条 データ削除のご依頼(Instagram・Facebook・WhatsAppをご利用のお客様へ) Instagram・Facebook・WhatsAppのメッセージを通じて当社が受け取った情報の削除をご希望の場合は、次のどちらかの方法でご連絡ください。
当社のアカウントへのメッセージで「データ削除希望」とお送りください。
下記のメールアドレスに、お使いのアカウント名を添えてご連絡ください。
ご依頼を受けてから30日以内に削除し、完了したことをお知らせします。ただし、法令で保存が義務付けられている取引の記録は、その期間が過ぎるまで保管します。
第10条 このポリシーの変更 当社は、必要に応じてこのポリシーを変更することがあります。変更した場合は、このページでお知らせします。

Privacy Policy (English)
Treasure Bright LLC ("we") handles your personal information as follows.
Information we collect (1) Name, address, phone number, email address; (2) order details (items, quantity, price, payment method, shipping address); (3) messages and account names/IDs you send us through Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and similar messaging services; (4) information provided by marketplaces for completing transactions; (5) your inquiries.
How we use it (1) To sell, ship and receive payment for products; (2) to answer inquiries and quotes and contact you about your orders; (3) to tell you about new products, restocks and pre-orders (not sent if you opt out); (4) aggregated, non-identifying analysis to improve our sales and service; (5) record keeping required by Japanese law (Secondhand Articles Dealer Act, tax law, etc.).
Automated processing of messages To reply faster and more accurately, we may use the official APIs provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. and AI-based writing assistance to understand, translate and draft replies to your messages on Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. Our staff review replies before they are sent. We never sell or share your messages with third parties for advertising, and we do not use them beyond the purposes in Section 2.
Sharing with third parties We do not share your personal information without your consent, except: with carriers to deliver your order; with payment providers to process payment; with carriers/customs brokers for export procedures; or where required by law.
Service providers We use marketplaces, carriers, payment providers and cloud services (data storage, writing assistance). We share only what is necessary for the purposes above. Some of these services store data outside Japan.
Security We limit access and take appropriate measures to prevent leaks, loss or misuse of personal information.
Retention We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes above and for periods required by law, then delete it appropriately.
Your rights You may request access, correction, suspension of use or deletion of your personal information. We will respond in accordance with applicable law after verifying your identity.
Data deletion requests (Instagram / Facebook / WhatsApp users) To request deletion of data we received through Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp, either (1) send "Data deletion request" to our account by message, or (2) email us at the address below with your account name. We will delete the data within 30 days and notify you when done. Transaction records that we are legally required to keep will be retained until the end of the required period.
Changes We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page.
